When you wish to return, please note the following:
- We will only accept returns of articles in the same state in which they were sent, with no signs of use.
- The articles must always be accompanied by the return sheet duly filled in with the reasons for the return or exchange.
- Lojas M.Silva Confecções Lda will analyze the returned product and inform the customer of the right to the respective refund. As a rule, after receiving the product in our warehouses, Lojas M.Silva Confecções Lda will refund within 5 to 7 business days.
- The refund of the amount paid will always be made through the same payment method that you used to make your purchase.

You can make your change at Lojas M.Silva Confecções Lda, located at Rua Júlio Maia nº 84, 3780-233 Anadia, Portugal. In order for us to validate your return you must always be accompanied by your proof of purchase (invoice) and return / exchange sheet.
Return by domicile or CTT Stores
You can also return your articles comfortably in your home, simply schedule your collection through the CTT carrier number: 707 200 118 or informing us via e-mail to email@example.com or by the number 231 512 880.
On return or exchange, you should proceed as follows:
- Place the items, which you want to return, inside the box where you received them;
- Complete the document sent with the order, where you must indicate the reasons for its return / exchange;
- Place the document referred to in point 2 inside the carton;
- Seal the box with the tapes;
- Glue the self-adhesive label with the return guide, on the outside of the carton (on one side, if you have not removed the shipping label, glue over it);
- As soon as the carrier arrives, return the box for your return.
If you return through the CTT store you just follow all the steps mentioned above and in the end delivered at the point that suits you.
The return shipping costs are as follows:
Portugal - 7,5 EUR
Islands (Madeira and Azores) - 7,5 EUR
The customer benefits from a period of 15 (fifteen) days, from the date of receipt of the articles to try their articles and if any does not please you, or if you are not according what you viewed on the website, you can return and receive your refund by bank transfer, or half payment used or check. The exchange of articles is only possible if the client wants another size and / or color of the same articles, or if the articles in question are defective or not in compliance. All articles can be returned, however, there are some exceptions:
- Swimsuit should include the hygiene sticker.
- Underwear and "intimate accessories" are not eligible for exchange or return.
- Accessories must be returned in their original full packaging.
- For hygiene reasons, beauty / cosmetic products are not eligible for exchange or return.
- We do not make returns or exchanges of party items (formal dresses, purses, bags and evening bags) and visons.
In case of returning all articles, if it contains an offer, it must also be returned.
In the case of a request for reimbursement of a purchased item at a reduced price due to a special offer, Lojas M. Silva will refund the amount actually paid by the user.
